Payment Methods: Nibbly accepts payments via credit/debit cards and in-app purchases through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Payment Due Date: In-app purchases are processed immediately upon confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Late Payments: As Nibbly processes payments instantly for in-app purchases, late payments do not apply. However, failure to maintain an active payment method may result in the loss of premium features or subscription benefits.
Non-Payment: Non-payment for in-app purchases will result in the loss of premium features or subscription benefits associated with the unpaid purchase.
Refunds: Refunds for in-app purchases are subject to the refund policies of the respective app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Users can request refunds directly through the app store platform.
Payment Confirmation: Upon successful completion of an in-app purchase, users will receive a confirmation email or in-app notification from the app store platform.
Currency: All payments for in-app purchases are processed in the user's local currency as determined by the app store platform.
Taxes: Prices for in-app purchases are inclusive of any applicable taxes as determined by the app store platform.
Disputes: Any disputes regarding billing or in-app purchases must be addressed directly with the app store platform's support team.
Changes to Payment Policy: Nibbly reserves the right to update or modify this payment policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the app or via email.
