This Return and Refund Policy governs the terms under which Nibbly offers returns and refunds for orders placed through the Nibbly mobile application. By using the Nibbly app, you agree to be bound by this policy.

1. Returns:

1.1. Order Errors: If you receive an incorrect order or if there are errors with your order (e.g., missing items, wrong items), please contact Nibbly customer support within [2] hours of receiving your order to request a return or correction.

2.3. Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
